Pack the Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags intact and place it securely back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Hand over to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
